The design of our scan abutments was created in conjunction with Exocad® and makes the DESS® Dental Scan Abutment one of the best options in the dental implant market. They were specially designed to provide maximum precision and accuracy during the scanning process, without any intermediate elements that can generate distortions or errors.

Ti-Base

DESS® Dental has a wide range of dental implant Ti Bases with an ideal fit and optimized design for CAD/CAM workflow, whether for cementing and screwing single restorations or customized multiple structures. The choice of Ti Base is critical to ensure the long-term success of the restoration.

Angle Base

The successful placement of a dental implant depends on factors such as bone quality, quantity, and position of the bone so sometimes the insertion axis can adversely compromise the esthetic restoration. DESS® ANGLEBase® is the ideal solution for these cases. The angled channel allows the insertion axis of the prosthetic screw to be modified up to a maximum of 25° with complete freedom on its own 360° axis.

Premilled Blanks

The new range of DESS® Pre-milled Blanks allow the production of one-piece abutments with the in-house equipment while maintaining DESS® high quality precision in the important connection geometry.
